Quebec in the sights of major snow storm, 30 cm for some

Quebec is in the sights of what promises to be a powerful winter blast, starting Monday afternoon and ramping up in intensity overnight, with significant amounts for almost all of the province.

There will be some impact on the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes, depending on where you, but the province will be a difficult one to drive in for the duration of this event.
